Pain Management in Dentistry: Risk Management Considerations for Opioid Prescribing
Opioid prescribing has been declining since 2012; yet, these powerful analgesics still present serious concerns. This program explores the current opioid epidemic in the United States and introduces strategies that meet patients’ needs in the dental practice setting and align with nationally published guidelines.
