Medical Protective Delays Payment Requirements Due to Ohio Disaster Emergency Order
July 19, 2012 – In response to recent severe storms on June 29th, and in accordance with Bulletin 2012-02 issued by the Superintendent of Insurance, Medical Protective will provide a 60-day extension for premium payments. This "extension" is not a waiver of premium; it is only an extension of the grace period in which to pay the premium. After the 60 day extension, the policyholder will have to resume making premium payments.
