Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare: Revolutionary or Risky?
The term artificial intelligence (AI) often elicits a vision of the extraterrestrial; however, AI is connected to many of the things we do in everyday life. Although some technological advances have demonstrated improved patient outcomes, AI does not come without problems. Establishing processes to evaluate and implement new technologies is a critical component of managing risks and safeguarding patients.
